Carworld treats customers to 2 day service caravan

CARWORLD, Inc. treated hundreds of its customers to a two-day service caravan led by Japanese engineers Kentaro Nakamura and Futoshi Hiraya.

The first of its kind in the country and exclusive to Carworld dealerships, Carworld assistant vice president and aftersales director Dong Mañalac said that the service caravan over the weekend is part of the customer care of Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation.

“This is part of the customer care program of Mitsubishi Motors in partnership with the dealership. This is the first leg and they conducted it at Carworld Marilao, Tarlac and Subic as well as Carworld San Fernando.

“It is not only in Carworld Marilao but you’ll find excellent customer service in every Carworld dealership---in the City of San Fernando, Subic, Malolos City and Tarlac City. Definitely, this tradition of delivering utmost customer care and satisfaction will continue,” he added.

“Our customers got free checkups on their vehicles. The Japanese engineers were particular on safety, parts to be replaced and gave expert advice on what to repair.

“We have a pledge and commitment to our customers and we dedicate these recognitions to them,” stressed Laus.

The Japanese engineers then signed a certificate during the two-day service caravan for freebies and discounts,” he said. “Ang kagandahan Japanese engineers ang advisers and that one you could only find at Mitsubishi Carworld,” Mañalac said.
