slam in Mitsubishi Skills Olympics

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO---Carworld remains to be Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation‘s dealer with most skills Olympics titles, winning its 11th of 18 competition championships, plus bagging its second grand slam trophy in the 18th Mitsubishi Skills Olympics held in Cagayan De Oro last May 15 to 16. Carworld took the over-all championship plum---besting 21 other Mitsubishi dealerships across the country---after the Carworld Subic, Inc. Team was named Champion for Sales Hotshot Category, Champion for Parts Category, and First Runner-up for Warranty Category.

In similar fashion, the Carworld, Inc. Team was recognized as First Runner-up for Service Technician Category, Second Runner-up for Service Adviser Category, fourth place for Fuso Truck Sales Category, and sixth place for Sales Hotshot Category. Carworld Chief Operating Officer Gilbert M. Fernandez credited the second grand slam and the return of the over-all championship perpetual trophy to Carworld, to the discipline and passion of the dealerships′ men and women. “This is very important to us as these awards are all for our customers. Our aftersales and service people are very disciplined and well trained. I can say it’s in the blood. At Carworld, everybody is a winner,” he said.
